General Meeting

Meeting called to order by: Lorrie Judd(Secretary) at 9:00am

New Business
Book fair – The book fair is over and the invoice is paid. We used the Scholastic dollars used for books for the school. Our scholastic dollars left is $698.13.
No Fuss Fundraiser – Next month is our fundraiser starting after spring break. We are planning on giving each student a pair of new pajamas. If anyone would like to donate pajamas, you still can. We need 4T, 5T, 6T for both girls & boys. Older kids sizes like adult small, adult medium, adult large for both girls & boys. We would need them by the end of March. The flyer for the fundraiser is all ready(see attached).How are we going to hand out the pajamas to the kids? It was decided that we’d wrap each pair of pajamas and write boy/girl on the outside and the size. We will need volunteers to help watch the students when we have lunch outside if we reach our goal of $2,500.
Cafe Rio Fundraiser – Our fundraiser night is on the 14th from 11am-9pm. The voucher must be presented when ordering in person and QR code must be scanned when placing an online order.
PTA Board Members 2024-2025 – We will need a New President, Treasurer & Secretary. Candance Troyer is heading up the nomination committee and needs more members. If we don’t get new board members then the Larger PTA will take over. Colleen can publish this information on Parents Square. Candance will write something up for Colleen to look over. Suzan suggested putting a sign next to the volunteer sign-in, in the office.
End of the Year Events – Teacher Appreciation Week & Field Day. Field Day – May 24th – this may be the date for Kindergarten, May 29th will be the day for 1st-5th.
