4:00pm- Motion to begin meeting
A motion was made to begin the meeting, it was seconded and approved.
Elect a chair & Vice chair
A motion was made to elect Beth Martial as SCC president. A vote was held and passed.
Review the purpose of the SCC, bylaws, & Title I compact.
Principal Ashbridge made introductions and reviewed membership. He handed out resources explaining the purpose of the SCC and how it impacts schools. The SCC reviewed operating procedures and bylaws.
Cell Tower Funds Transfer
A motion was made to move cell tower funds to the Principal’s discretionary in the amount of $2,222.63. It was seconded and approved.
Review essential dates and task
Make sure to review current plan, data, safety plan, digital citizenship, and safe walking routes.
Review Copperview’s Improvement Plan, Budgets, and Title I Compact
The SCC Trainings for the 2026-27 school year will be:
Wednesday, October 7:
- 10 a.m. – noon regular training #3
- 6 – 8 p.m. regular training #4
