School Climate Goal – 

• 2.89%, 3.08% was the goal

• Action step: to put systems in place

Academic Goal – 

• Reading 31% proficiency
  • 54.83% progress 68% was the goal
• Math 46% proficiency
  • 68.35% progres, 76% was the goal
• Action Steps: start next year fresh with new administration
• Parent Concerns:

• • Parents wished an interim administration would have been appointed during the administration shift
  • Parents were disappointed in how communication was handled from district
