• LAND Trust Plan Review
  • $59,999
  • Currently being used to fund our ESP (educational support professional) staff; specifically our interventionist staff
  • Monthly update is showing we are on-track for spending this year
• TSSA – $84,780
• Update on Safety Plan
  • Andrew Edtl – newly appointed board member will be joining us for next month’s SCC on February 21, 2023
  • Move Staff/Admin parking on the North drop-off to South drop-off
    • Assign parking spot for After School Program on South drop-off
    • Make 5-minute/15-minute parking spots
  • Assign lower grade drop-off vs. upper grade drop-off 
  • After 8:30 or Buses have come and gone, open-up south drop-off for preschool parents
  • Implementation in stages to best meet the needs of our school and community
  • Better signage everywhere in English and Spanish
    • Wait till the signage is ready to go, to implement plan
  • Paint designated lines for grade-level drop-off
• Approval of Next Month’s Agenda
