Copperview Elementary Invites all 2023-2024 Kindergarten Students and Their Parents to Participate in Kindergarten Orientation on April 18!

Copperview Parents/Guardians:

It is important we obtain an accurate list of all students qualifying for kindergarten for the 2023-2024 school year.  In accordance with Utah State law, if you have a child that will be five years old before September 2, they are eligible for kindergarten.  To inform us of your incoming kindergarten student please complete the form associated with this post.

If you know of a neighbor that has a qualifying kindergarten student, please share this information with them.

Eligibility

• Children must be five years of age before September 2, 2023

• The office is required to have the following documents on file prior to student enrollment. Front office staff will be happy to assist in making copies of each document.

  • Birth Certificate

  • Immunization Record

  • Proof of Residency
