FAMILY MATH WEEK ASSIGNMENT
Purpose: To engage students and families together in math activities, and to learn an easy way to practice math facts using flashcards at home.
FAMILY MATH KIT:
- Family Math Week Assignment
- 1 set of flashcards
- Bag of beans
- Number Line
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Watch the FAMILY MATH WEEK VIDEO for your students grade level (below)
- Use the Family Math Kit to practice the Family Flashcard Activity (Shown in the Video) with your child(ren) at your own pace during the week of November 12 – 19.
- Take a picture or video of your family practicing the Family Flashcard Activity and send it to your child’s teacher via ParentSquare (a written note or ParentSquare message is also acceptable).
***Students will receive Cougar Points for our school store AND be entered into a drawing for awesome prizes when they send a picture or video to their teacher via ParentSquare by Friday, November 19***
