His ability to foster a strong sense of belonging and connection among his students is nothing short of inspiring.
With his dedication, creativity, and deep care for each child’s growth, Mr. Roderick makes a lasting impact both academically and emotionally. We are incredibly fortunate to have him as part of our team.
Ms. Adams is a truly outstanding 1st grade teacher who consistently makes a meaningful difference in the lives of her students. She works with heart and intention to create a warm, safe, and inclusive classroom community where every child feels supported and celebrated.
Her ability to recognize and uplift each student’s unique talents and abilities is remarkable. Ms. Adams not only nurtures academic growth, but also builds confidence and a strong sense of belonging in her classroom. We are incredibly fortunate to have her on our team.

We’re so proud of their leadership and commitment to making a difference.
Cougar Cafe
Cougar Café Meaningful Work students dedicated their time each week to support teachers and staff by delivering drinks and snacks. Their thoughtful service brought smiles and a little joy to everyone they served. We’re grateful for their kindness and commitment!

Our Peer Mentoring Meaningful Work students met weekly with younger peers to support their reading skills and build meaningful relationships. Their dedication not only strengthened literacy but also inspired confidence and a love of learning in our young readers.
5th Grade Promotion
