Happy New Year! It was a great first week back at Copperview! We are looking forward to a fresh start in 2021 and can’t wait to see what this new year has to bring. Please see below for important ongoing happenings and information.
At Copperview Elementary, it is important that students arrive at school on time and ready to learn. Students should be lined up at their grade level doors at 8:35am. Students start each day with breakfast and a morning meeting to build relationships. This time together with peers sets a positive tone for the day. Being on time reduces classroom disruptions, allowing the teacher to deliver consistent lessons for all students. We appreciate your support on this critical component to support our students’ success.
FREE INTERNET – CSD and Comcast have partnered to provide free internet to Canyons families through the Internet Essentials program. Families need to apply using a promo code provided by the school. Call the Copperview front office at 801-826-8125, Monday through Friday 8:00-4:00 pm.
Big Smiles Dental Clinic– Clinic is February, 2021. Students will be seen for preventative care – cleaning, fluoride treatment, and cavity check. Please fill out the permission form that was sent home completely or go to the online permission form HERE.
