SCHOOL SAFETY – Keeping everyone safe at Copperview is priority, and we’re concerned that some students and families are crossing the street without using the designated crosswalks. We want to remind everyone to PLEASE use the crosswalks in front of Copperview whenever you’re dropping off or picking up students. Our awesome crossing guards can help everyone cross safely. We also want to remind everyone to drive carefully in the parking lot and urge your students to walk and not run or dart out in front of other cars as they’re entering or leaving the school.  THANKS for making the choice to keep everyone safe.

CSD BOARD UPDATE:  FRIDAY AT HOME LEARNING DAYS will continue through the end of the 20-21 school year.  Masks will continue to be required in schools through the end of the 20-21 school year.

CAYCI SURVEY administration this month!  One more week to complete the Parent/Caregiver survey.  A drawing for big prizes happens Thursday, April 1st for those students who turned them in.

SWEEPER POSITIONS AVAILABLE – Positions open for After School Sweepers – must be 14 years or older

• 8 – 10 hours a week

DOES YOUR CHILD NEED SUPPORT and you don’t know who to call. SMR (Stabilization and Mobile Response)is a service through Primary Children’s Hospital.  It doesn’t have to be a BIG or crisis issue.  It could be refusal to do homework, trouble at school, tantrums, running away, drug use, suicidal, bullying or not getting along with siblings.  SMR will work with you and your family to create a plan that fits your needs.  SMR services are free.  Call 1-833-SAFE-FAM (723-3326 anytime 24/7.   More information can be found at https://hs.utah.gov/smr
